Restaurant Collection

Restaurant Collection was founded by French restaurateur Serge Billot, inspired by his love for Khmer cuisine. It began in 2002 and has since grown to include six distinctive restaurants and a local gelato shop.

Each venue offers its own culinary identity, from refined Khmer gastronomy to contemporary dining and cultural experiences : all united by a shared passion for Cambodian flavors, community empowerment, and authentic hospitality.
